Please thank your staff. Those two men also worked so very hard. On day two, I spent an hour leveling the dirt (where the shed is going) and one of them handed me a rake and told me it would be easier... how sweet! Also, please know, that I discovered after they left (on the last day) that they also went beyond the call of duty.
I gathered lots of little tree remnants from the shed area and moved it off of the grass onto the concrete (just to get the area cleaned up. I planned to somehow move this (2 garbage pail full) amount by the end of the weekend, but your men, your amazing men, took it all. GONE! I was so happy!
I usually take responsibility and accountability for my own happiness, but, Ed, I have to give you and your men credit for this new found joy.

We have been customers of his for 5 years, and have absolutely the highest praise for probably the nicest and finest business owner that we have had the pleasure to do business with for the 31 years that we have owned our home. From our first meeting with him, when he came to our home to give us his expert advice on how to lay out our pond, we knew that he had the skills, knowledge, personality, and professionalism that are qualities that made him special.
Every spring and fall since the pond construction, Ed and his crew open and close our pond, and do necessary service calls as needed. Appointments are kept, confirmation calls made, and the work is done in the time he has allotted, and is done efficiently, and when they are completed with the work, our yard is left in impeccable condition. He has a rare quality, a business owner that jumps right in and works with his crew, and actually will explain to his crew why he is doing what he is doing, so they will learn from the experience, not dictating to them what to do, but how to do it.
This past spring, our fish family developed some type of lesions during their winter retreat. Ed gave them all a salt bath and recommended and gave us medicated food for them. We are happy to say, that within 3 weeks with the medicated food, all their lesions disappeared and they are all well, thanks to Ed's concern for our "extended fish family". Even when you have a question, either simple or complex, Ed will return our call in a timely manner, give us advice, and always close by saying, that if we want him to, he will stop by to make sure all is OK.

Dear Ed,
Thank you once again for your quick turn-around time in resolving an issue with my pond. No sooner did I inform you of a problem that I happened to create did you corne and repair it.
Seems like you and your team have been repairing problems since I first installed my pond. On a whim I had my pond installed; by a friend of my son's, in 2003 for my wedding to be held in my back yard. On the day of the wedding there appeared to be a leak and there was zero level of water in the pond with a small cascade of water coming over a sickly looking waterfall. Yet, I was unaware how beautiful a pond and waterfall was to look.
The filter that this young man utilized was just a regular pump filter exposed in the pond for all to see. As the months became a years I became very disenchanted with my pond. At this point it was either fïll it in or find a reputable pond man who could take this eyesore and turn it into a beautiful focal point for my yard.
So it was in April 2006 that I contracted with you; Ed Dedicke of Paradise Ponds, to transform my little corner into what my minds eye saw. Ed; with your team, removed most of the exterior facade of the pond. Using the same lines, you enlarged the pond. You placed the lighting in the pond, gave me the proper outside filter and created a waterfall that looks like you would find in a natural setting.
Along with the expert work you and your men provided, the landscaping around the pond is lovely. Never could I have imagined having this retreat right in my backyard.
Over the last severalyears, as you have taken care ofmy pond, you have continued to provide me with an annual overview ofwhat maintenance Ishould expect. Along with informative notes and CD's on pond health.
I was truly impressed this last season when you opened / cleaned my pond. You now have a holding tank to house my fish and 3/4 of the water in my pond while you worked to remove any and all debris from the pond.
I would never hesitate to refer customers to you as my satisfaction with your expertise and just plan friendly nature has proved to be a winner.
